Our policy lasts 30 days or until the start of any event you have purchased, whichever comes first. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the event has already happened, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, there must be extenuating circumstances beyond your control, and we must be notified of a request for a refund no more than 2 business days before the event.
To complete your refund, send an email with a refund request, what the extenuating circumstances are, and a receipt or proof of purchase to Heather@OnPoint.Coach
Refund Policy:
Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
