Monday 1/30/23 : Change, mindset and accountability

Tuesday 1/31/23 : 1 year goals and target areas to work on

Wednesday 2/1/23 : Create 3 month goals

Thursday 2/2/23 : Make goals into action steps

Friday 2/3/23 : Make a plan and calendar it
